Description: Harvest Moon was created with an algorithm composed in the R Statistics Language. The algorithm plotted the large orange circle at the center, followed by a meandering series of tiles that were drawn one concentric circle at a time, followed by distorted tile outlines, and smaller partially transparent circles. The work was inspired by the massive orange moon that flooded Charleston with the king tide for an entire week.
